Annual Corte Madera/Larkspur Fourth of July Parade and Celebration

The Annual Corte Madera/Larkspur Fourth of July Parade and Celebration is one of the biggest events on the Fourth of July in Marin. For 45 years, this event has been sponsored by the Corte Madera and Larkspur Chambers of Commerce, with the assistance of our business community and citizen volunteers. It draws thousands of people to our community from all over the Bay Area and is regarded to be one of Marin's finest parades. Last year's parade and celebration drew 15,000 people!

The parade will leave Redwood High School at 12 noon on Sunday, July 4th, winding through downtown Larkspur from Magnolia Street and into Corte Madera by way of Tamalpais Street until it reaches Corte Madera Town Center. The streets will close at 11:30 am.

The celebration immediatley following the parade at Corte Madera Town Park will feature about 70 arts and crafts vendors, food vendors, including the famous hamburger booth, plus ice cream, snow-cones and more. There will be entertainment featuring a great band on the main stage. In the Children's Area there will be entertainment, performing birds, carnival games, and face-painting. Don't miss out on the fun that draws thousands to the Bay Area every Fourth of July! The Annual Corte Madera/Larkspur Fourth of July Parade and Celebration is a tradition many refuse to break!
